HOW TO MEASURE
For all measurements stand straight with your feet together and arms relaxed by your side (it’s best to have someone help you to get the measurements as accurate as possible). Use a tape measure and wrap it around the area you are measuring so it overlaps at the end. Do not pull in the tape so it is tight, and do not let it sit loose. It should be comfortably firm. The less you wear while you’re measuring, the more accurate the measurement. If you can’t take the measurements on bare skin or just in undergarments, make sure you are wearing fine fabrics and nothing bulky.

Bust
Measure around the bust line, this is the fullest part of your chest and the widest part of your back. Make sure your arms are relaxed by your side when you read the measurement.
Waist
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline. This is usually where your belly button is or the narrowest part of your midsection. If you are unsure, bend your torso to one side, your waistline is where the crease will form on your side. Remember, your waist is not necessarily where the waistband of your pants or skirt sits. Make sure you are standing straight and your stomach is relaxed when you read the measurements.
Hips
Most people think their hip measurement is where their hip bone is but that’s not the case, that is what we call your high hip. Your hip measurement is down from your hip bone and is the fullest part of your hip area.
