Ioana Ciolacu is a young Romanian fashion designer based in London. She has a Master in Architecture at University of Architecture and Urbanism Bucharest and studied Fashion Design at National University of Arts Bucharest, graduating in 2011. She is now enrolled at London College of Fashion.

Her dual education, both as an architect and a fashion designer makes her collections a structural delight of geometrical elements. Between schooling and personal studies have shown her how to transform the static nature of buildings into the fluid nature of clothing. Ioana was the first Romanian designer to win the FASH Design Competition for European Fashion Awards in 2011 with her first fashion project titled Muna. She has also created the logo for the band Robin and the Backstabbers.
