Alejandra de Coss has been working as independent designer in Mexico, working on custom made dresses for a special clientele, brides and small collections for her own brand.
Her designs have a u nique and feminine style with an aesthetic that can be recognized in every single piece. Searching for a new definition of luxury, that includes artisan construction techniques, the knowledge of the feminine body, the selection of materials, and of course a very special design; Alejandra de Coss takes special attention to detail, creating with every garment a personal experience.
Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, had studied in Fashion Institutions like the Fashion Institute of Technology NY and the Istituto Marangoni in Milan.
Selected finalist in 2008 by Elle magazine for the national contest Mexico Diseña, in the search for new talents.
Member of the exhibition "ENSAMBLE, An inside look at Mexican fashion" Amersfoort, The Netherlands, October 2011 at LAKMA (Latin American Art Museum) and Selected as a part of Destination Mexico: the Mexican Design Directory at the MoMA Store New York. May 2012 by PROMEXICO.
